Enjoy this large, spacious townhouse as a home away from home with your family and your pet! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is newly remodeled with ceramic tile and tropical design. Relax on the deck and the enjoy the lagoon view right outside the sliding doors, or do a short-short walk each day to the beach. Your pet (DOG ONLY) is welcome on the beach with only a few restrictions. In the high season you may walk and play before 10:00am and then again after 5:00pm; the rest of the year is much more lenient.
Play tennis on one of the courts within the complex. A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny Circle and all the amenities it affords. Like charming coffee shops and bakeries that make the morning walk or ride an adventure. You are close enough to three wonderful food stores and shopping centers that you can bicycle if you desire. A convenience and liquor store is less than a block walk.
Wake up to the sun shining through the large windows and plan golf outings on more championship golf courses than you can play in a week. Relax inside after a wonderful day on the beach with a TV and VCR in the living room & bedroom. Prepare any meal you wish in the complete full sized kitchen with all the amenities of home and then some. Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, toaster oven, Disposal, Blender, and much more.
Free local phone service and cable TV service. Always be comfortable in the central heating and cooling system. Washer/Dryer conveniently located next to the master bedroom. Linen and cleaning service included in rental fee.
