THE APARTMENT
The spacious top (3rd) floor apartment is situated on the west side of the complex overlooking open ground and capture the mid morning through to evening sun with a clear view of El Teide.
The BEDROOM sleeps two in a double room. There are several chests of drawers, individual bedside cabinets and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes with an abundance of coat-hangers.
The KITCHEN has plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with electric kettle, refrigerator, electric oven and four-ring hob and well stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for four persons.
The LIVING AREA has a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, and sofa (which folds out as an extra double bed) and armchairs. Equipped with TV and video, Music Centre, books, CDs, tapes and indoor games. There is also additional wardrobe and drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the private balcony.
The windows have fitted mosquito nets for your comfort and the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans, as well as an iron and ironing board should you need them.
The BATHROOM is equipped with a bath with shower over, hand basin with mirror and shaver point, bidet and WC and have plenty of space for toiletries etc.
The west facing PRIVATE BALCONY with outdoor furniture and gas B-B-Q, looks out over open ground, Amarilla Golf fairways and the mountains. The entrance overlooks the tropical foliage and pool.
Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided.
A local agent is on call to deal with any problems.

THE COMPLEX
Parque Albatros is a very attractive low rise holiday apartment complex that lies on the western edge of Golf del Sur.
From the spacious and comfortable reception area on two levels, with its intimate tapas snack and cocktail bar, paths meander through lush tropical gardens filled with bird song and the sound of the cascading waterfall.
These paths lead to the friendly and relaxed terrace bar & restaurant overlooking the lagoon style swimming pool.
There is a separate pool for small children and a shaded childrens play area behind which there is the choice of a lift or stairs to the apartment.

THE RESORT
GOLF DEL SUR is a small coastal resort of low rise apartment complexes and a few hotels.
The area has been thoughtfully designed around the golf course and has a relaxed village atmosphere. English is widely understood.
Within the resort is the SAN BLAS commercial centre which offers:

A GOLFERS PARADISE
Most golf courses in Tenerife are in the south and west to take advantage of the warm and dry climate. The courses are irrigated by water channelled from the mountains and present lush havens in the arid countryside this side of the island.
The clubs offer visitors the opportunity to play all year round with very reasonable green fees. For winter breaks the sub-tropical climate provides an alternative to rain-lashed, waterlogged or frozen British courses.
The courses are open to visitors although pre-booking is advised.
The challenging PGA tour 27 hole course of Golf del Sur surrounds the small town.
There are four other courses within a short drive.
