Apartment is located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real, in a modernist building with a porter, where both street entrances get locked at night to ensure safety of the residents. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped. There are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and two bathrooms. Spacious living room is furnished with two sofa-beds, and a dining table for six people. There is an American style kitchenette.

TV, portable stereo line, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, dishes, hair-dryer, books in English, CD music collection, bed linens, extra covers, bath towels, city maps, tourist brochures, etc.

Local Area DetailsThis apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Real where all the most popular night clubs are. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk. It is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
