With bedrooms in two wings you can all join in but also have a bit of peace and quiet too! Approached from its own private patio, you enter into the large kitchen dining room. The beamed décor and glazed brick flooring create a real country atmosphere. The large table comfortably seats 12 and the brand new kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances. Stairs lead up to the west wing a double bedroom, twin and bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have lakeside views. From the kitchen, an archway leads you into the main lounge areas. A small TV room with sofa bed, colour TV and DVD player and shower room with wc is immediately on your right. The passageway then leads into the fully carpteted, central lounge. With wood burning stove, TV & DVD player and plenty of room to sit down. This leads onto the large, raised conservatory with cane furniture. There is also a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer Upstairs. The east wing leads on to two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is one bathroom and one shower room. The master bedrom with its own colour TV has superb countryside views and a separate entrance leading down to the patio below. Outside, Gulliver has its own large patio with picnin tables and views directly onto the main lake. Steps lead down to a communal lawn area. This is enclosed from the lake for added safety.
