This attractive villa is situated in Northern Cyprus one of the Mediterraneans best kept secrets. The villa is in Alsancak some 6 miles from the centre of Kyrenia (in Turkish this is known as Girne) and is only 600 yards from the nearest beach.
The villa has magnificent mountain and sea views.
The villa will easily sleep four with 1 double bedroom in which there is a king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a balcony leading from the master bedroom.
The villa has air-conditioning in the main bedroom.
There is a large lounge, kitchen/diner and a shower/wc with wash basin.
There is a terrace on the ground floor at the front and rear of the villa.
The villa has ample parking for 2/3 cars and has the use of a large communal swimming pool.
There is a local mini-market 400 yards away on the main Kyrenia road along which there is a regular bus service to Kyrenia and Lapta.
There are several restaurants within walking distance.
