The whole villa is very light and spacious, ceiling fans have been fitted in all rooms for summer comfort as well as an air conditioning in the master bedroom. Every care has been taken to make this villa as comfortable as possible.
There is a fridge/freezer, a ceramic field electric hob, built-in microwave and comfortable waist height oven (ideal for those with back problems), a dishwasher, a washing machine, toaster and electric kettle, also everything else you would need for a self-catering holiday. Local Area Details

It is situated in a quiet side street overlooking a field in a small development of 4 houses and about 1.5km to a large supermarket and restaurant, 4km to the beach of La Barrosa and the old fishing village of Sancti Petri. Chiclana town centre is about 3km away. A farmacia (Spanish chemist) is just at the end of the road and a small venta (Spanish bar/restaurant) within a couple of minutes walking distance.
Chiclana: situated in the south of the Gaditanian Bay, opposite Cádiz and San Fernando, has a population of nearly 60 000. It offers important tourist attractions, monuments, markets, wine cellars, restaurants and bars and some attractive shopping as well. The centre being situated about 6 km from the Blue Flag beaches of La Barrosa and Novo Sancti Petri, which are the 2 main Chiclana beach resorts.

To the north of town you will find ‘Las Marismas’, the salt planes, which are part of the protected area known as the Natural Park of the Bay of Cádiz. These planes have always been important to the Chiclaneros for fish and salt and harbour a diversity of wildlife.
