2 large terraces, one to the front and the one to the back of the house, which is partly roofed and is only separated by a small lawn from the 10m x 5m swimming pool with another outside shower

Local Area DetailsVery well kept, newly decorated and furnished villa situated in a quiet side street in the Roche development, within a 5 minute drive to restaurants, a supermarket and farmacia (chemists), a 10 minute drive will bring you into Conil town. The Novo Sancti Petri golf courses (2 x 18 holes, 1 x 9 holes), tennis courts, riding stables and a lot more are within easy reach. Or take a day trip to one of the “white villages�, like: Arcos de la Frontera, Alcalá de los Gazules, Medina Sidonia or experience the wonderful cities of Sevilla and Cádiz.
Conil: one of the white coastal villages with a wonderful ambience, a resort with a difference; popular with tourists almost all year round. Its cobbled streets, tapas bars and pavement cafes invite you to take part in the ‘vida andaluza’, the andalucian way of life. It offers a wide range of restaurants where you can taste delicious seafood and daily fresh fish. There are free open-air Flamenco, dance and music performances throughout the summer season. And in front of town ‘Los Bateles’ the family beach with its clean white sand, vast amounts of space and shallow waters. ‘Venga a verlo’: come and see it! And enjoy it!
