The complex has generous, beautifully laid out gardens, which include a communal swimming pool and a tennis court. In addition to the stunning views of the sea, the apartment has the benefit of its own exclusive garden with magnificent views to the Mediterranean Sea, and a well-shaded patio immediately adjacent to the exclusive garden.

It has a kitchenette, a dining area that seats six, two bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which have showers), and a terrace to the ground floor.
Amenities include a TV, DVD, a CD player, a washer/dryer, a sofa, and double sofa-bed. There is also a private parking lot. The total interior area is 105 m2 or 1,130 square feet. The area of the private garden is 80 square meters or 861 square feet. In addition to the private garden, there is an extensive communal garden with a large swimming pool, a tennis court, and boules.
The apartment is south-facing, at a altitude of 100 m or 285 feet. There is a resident concierge/caretaker. And there is a security video entryphone.
Local Area DetailsSan Remo is the capital town of the Italian Riviera of Flowers. It's very close to the French border, and is only a 20-minute drive from Monte Carlo, Monaco.
The Devachan castle was bought in 1890 by the English count Orazio Savile of Mexborough. The elder lord Mexborough acquired the castle for himself and his young spouse Lady Ivy, despite his age of 75 years.
If you like Italian fashions, you are in luck! You can buy Prada, Gucci, Armani, Dolce, Gabbana, Moschino, and Versace in town at "knock-down" prices!
In fact the largest Factory Outlet store in Europe is only 1 & half hour's drive away at Serravalle Scrivia near to Genoa. Well worth the drive if you are looking to save a fortune on Italian fashion labels.
There is a cleaning person available, and a caretaker residing in the complex.
A refundable Security Deposit of USD $750 is payable.

LAST MINUTE Bookings, made within 14 days of arrival, receive a 20% discount off the published rental rates. Full payment on LAST MINUTE bookings must be made at time of booking confirmation.
Our rates are fully inclusive.
The only additional items are a Final Cleaning of and Meet & Greet charge of EURO 150, a laundry & linen hire fee for bedlinen, bath towels etc of EURO 25 per person per week, and the cost of electricity consumed over and above the first EURO 25 per week which is included in the rental charged, charged at EURO 3 per k/Wh.
