Beautiful split level studio set in pretty garden village, with stunning communal pool. The studio is 10 minutes walk from the beach, two minutes walk to the pool. The apartment has a patio to the front with table and chairs for 4. There is a fully equipped kitchen area, a lounge area with double bed settee and a bedroom area with two single beds. There is a well equipped bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a small dressing room for privacy. The studio has a full oven and hob, tv, video and radio. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Parking is just 20 metres away. There is a selection of books and videos.
Local Area DetailsThe studio is set in a lovely urbanisation 1 kilometre to the west of Nerja centre. There is a stunning communal pool with separate toddlers pool. There are three bars and restaurants on the urbanisation with many others within 10 to 15 minutes walk. The beach is a 10 minute walk away where you can enjoy water sports, lovely restaurants or just relax! The centre of Nerja can be reached by walking (approx20/30 minutes along the beach) or catching the local bus which takes about 2 minutes. Here you will find too many restaurants to mention and plenty of activities and nightlife. It is easy to visit Granada, Ronda, Seville or Cordoba. We even managed a day in Africa! There are golf courses nearby and of course the famous Nerja Caves. You can reach the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada within about 1 - 2 hours.
