Situated in the upmarket area of Dona Pepa near Quesada, our apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with balcony and large roof terrace, overlooking lake and fields to the rear, salt lakes and sea in the distance. Located to the rear of this small residencial development (not overlooking pool), allows you to take advantage of the quiet on the large roof terrace equipped with sunloungers, tables and umbrella. The balcony has patio table and chairs. In the apartment each bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes, the bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity unit. The lounge is equipped with Sky TV, DVD, Books and games. The kitchen has a full oven and hob, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, iron and ironing board, all cleaning equipment.
Local Area DetailsGuardamar beach is approx 10 mins drive, quesada is 5 mins drive or 15 min walk, a short stroll across the road there are 3 restaurants, a bank, baker, supermarket with fresh bread, fruit and veg and meat. A short 10 min stroll to the opposite end of Dona Pepa and you will find more restaurants and a bank.
45 minutes drive will take you to Benidorm and the many tourist attractions there. 45 mins in the other direction will take you to the Mar Menor. All along the cost are numerous beaches, Torrevieja being only 15 mins drive. In quesada there is crazy gold and an Aqua Park, there is also a Travel Agent that offers fabulous day trips at reaasonable prices.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with a few days out here and there this location would be ideal.
For the Golfer there are numerous golf courses around the area including La Marquesa and Villa Martin. There is a folder in the apartment with lots of information on places to go and places to eat.
