Rose Cottage, Self catering holiday let is located in the coastal village of Newburgh between Aberdeen and Peterhead and some 5 miles from Ellon. Comfortably sleeps four with one Twin Bedroom and Bathroom upstairs,and downstairs Lounge with sofa bed, TV DVD VHS and freeview, Radio & CD Player. Dining room with sofa bed and there is a comprehensively equiped kitchen with washer/dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Outside there is a drying green, Shed for hanging wet weather gear, golf clubs, fishing rods, etc. and an additional WC.
Rose Cottage is not suitable for the Less able and is NON-SMOKING.
