Our beautiful, luxury, detached villa is superbly equipped and located to ensure a fantastic holiday of a lifetime in Florida.
After a hard day at the theme parks what could be better than returning home and relaxing by the pool, which is south facing so you can still catch the sun in the evening.
**NEW** A Games room with Pool Table, Electronic Darts board and Table Football has recently been added, as well as a laptop computer for internet connection.
The villa allows maximum living space which comprises
* One living level
* Four family-style bedrooms (One Master en-suite, one double and two twin rooms)
* Two bathrooms
* Two living areas with plenty of comfortable seating to relax in.
* Fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast area
* Washer and dryer located in double garage
* Private screened pool, which can be heated if required.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans for extra comfort.
For the children, or some of the adults, a Playstation 2 is provided for entertainment.
Also provided for entertainment are board games, books, and CDs.
We also provide a cot/crib, highchair, stroller and BBQ for your use during your stay in our villa
For the comfort of all our guests this is a no smoking villa and no pets are allowed.
Our Villa is situated in a quiet community off the Highway 27. It is just 5 minutes to the 192 and all its restaurants, shops, theme nights etc. It can also be easily reached from exit 55 of the Interstate 4. It is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and is perfectly placed for all the attractions of Orlando. It is 5 minutes from the prestigious Champions Gate Golf complex, which was designed by Greg Norman and many other Golf courses are close by.
Florida Pines is surrounded by Pine Forests and Orange Groves. The development consists of a mix of permanent residential and holiday homes with community facilities including swimming pool and recreation area with swings and slides for the children.
