This home was completed in July 2004 and is already providing the destination for families to have the holiday of a lifetime.
We know that to trave to Florida has taken people a lot of planning and the accomodation is a huge part of making your trip one to remember and we hope in our family home we have all you could want to ensure you have what you deserve.....the perfect holiday.
This villa comprises of four bedrooms all with ceiling fans built in wardrobes and cable TV with integrated DVD's so you can relax in comfort.
The two double rooms are ensuite and the two twin rooms share a third bathroom.
The main family room is known as a Great Room as this comprises of the Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Dining Room and Lounge. This is great as if offers a more informal living area rather than been split up into seperate rooms.
Patio doors lead off the Great Room onto the Lanai and pool area which has been extended to offer over 1000sq/ft of outdoor living space under a pool screen.
This area is south west facing offering all day sun and at night a view of the most spectacular sunsets.
If the sun gets too much you can dip into your very own private pool 27ft by 12ft, 3ft deep at the shallow end and 5.5 to 6ft at the deep end.
The lanai will also offer shade as you sit round the large table with chairs while been cooled by the addition of an outdoor ceiling fan.
We also offer for your additional comfort four luxuriously padded sun loungers.
The pool area is very close to a childrens play area although it does not tend to be used by the locals it is ideal for any children in your party so that they can unwind while you relax by the pool in full view of them at all time.
For additional safety we provide a screen that can easily be erected around the pool so that no accidents occur while your backs are turned.
Also there is an outdoor shower should it be required.
Extra information about the inside living space. The main bedroom has an American King size bed and a cooridor leading from the room to a fabulous ensuite. This has a corner bath and large shower unit. It has split level vanity units with double sinks and a private WC area.
This room also offers a large walk in wardrobe and a dressing table. The main feature of the room is the large patio doors that lead you sraight from your room to the pool area.
The second bedroom has an American Queen size bed a large 5 drawer unit. This leads into the ensuite which has a single vanity unit and seperate area which has the toilet and bath with shower over bath. This ensuite can be easliy used as a Jack and Jill arrangement with the third twin room if required (providing 3 ensuites). Both twin rooms have a 3 drawer unit and share the third bathroom which has a toilet and bath with shower over bath. Opposite this bathroom is an area screened off that has the washing machine and seperate dryer (plus ironing board and iron plus many other extras which we hope you won't need as you are after all on holiday.
The kitchen comes with all you would expect in a modern kitchen plus a few extras that will assist in making your holiday as stress free as possible.
The Breakfast Nook has an additional table and four chairs that overlooks the pool area. The dining room will easily seat eight and comes with six chairs (extras can be borrowed from the kitchen if required).
The lounge has two large sofas and a coffee table with two large end tables and lamps. There is a large entertainments unit with CD/Radio and large Cable TV with seperate DVD that plays picture discs and DVD's from both the UK and USA.

Local Area Details

The home is located on a beautifully private Gated Community with four sparkling Lakes, ideal for any nature lover. It is a very peaceful setting yet we are ony 5 minutes drive from the US192. If you are not familiar with this road all I can say is that offers plenty of action to cater for all age groups. Wheteher it is food, entertainment, golf, helicopter rides, themed dining evenings ....you name it the US192 can offer it.
The Villa is only 3 miles from a Wal-Mart (you need to visit just to experience it....it even has it's own McDonalds inside).
Disney World, Sea World, Universal, Gatorland are all within 30 minutes drive. This as we have experienced allows you to break the day in half, and come back for a swim before you venture out again into the evening.
Disney's Downtown area with cinemas, restuarants and much more again is only a short drive away.
Horse Riding, Nature Walks, Helicopter rides plus much much more are all within a 15 minute drive.
