It has a fully equipped kitchen with hob,cooker,microwave ,washing machine, ironing board. The villa is fitted with satellite tv and air conditioning.
There is an enclosed garden with bbq and patio table and chairs which is in view of the pool, at the back of the villa is a private parking space.
All linen is provided (except beach towels).
The house is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
Local Area DetailsCabo Roig has a beautiful sandy beach only minutes walk from the house. There are many activites on the beaches including pedalos, snorkelling, sailing. Along the coast at Campomar you will find horse riding.
Only 10 - 15 mins away are 4 great golf courses.
Minutes walk from the house are many good cosmopolitan restaurants and 2 supermarkets.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.
