Casa Blanca is a recently-constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe villa accommodating 6/7 guests.
It is quiet and private with its own electrically-heated pool and is situated in Los Mojones, reputed to be the 'elite' area of the main resort, Puerto del Carmen.
A car is not necessary as the villa is close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets and within 5-minutes walk of the centre of Puerto del Carmen, with its charming harbour and the fabulous beach adjacent to the Los Fariones Hotel.
The villa is extensively used by the owners and is consequently equipped and maintained to the highest standards.
Day-to-day running is in the hands of an excellent English management team.
Cleaning and change of bed-linen is weekly with towel change twice per week. Beach towels are all you require.
An extra bed, cot, high/low chair and stair gate are available, at no extra cost.
Flight day is normally Thursday.
Taxi from the airport takes 15 minutes and costs about £6.00.
