This newly built 2 bedroom chalet-style cottage/vacation home has much to offer - great location - just a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach on the Wasaga Beach strip. The living area has hardwood floors and an open concept cathedral ceiling. It is fully equipped with a lot of quaint accents throughout. It is a year-round cottage/vacation home on a well-landscaped lot and close to all the conveniences of Wasaga Beach. The lot is leveled, with a grassy yard. The waterfront at the beach is sandy and the water is shallow for a long distance from the shore. At the front of the cottage there is a porch and a large wooden deck in the back yard, just perfect for that afternoon break. The main floor features an large open concept living room, kitchen, eating area and a gas fireplace. Two bedrooms are on the higher level with two full bathrooms and a Jacuzzi tub. A year-round vacation home.

Nearby you can find the city of Collingwood, Blue Mountain, the zoo, scenic caves, water slides, chair lifts, an amusement park, go carts, mini and regular golf courses, a movie theatre, bingo, tennis, wind surfing, boating and great skiing, snowboarding in the winter.
