The journey from the local airport (Dalaman) to the apartment complex takes only 50 minutes.

The Talaş Apartments are situated a short walk, 10-15 minutes, from the main resort area of Çalıs Beach where you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The complex offers the ideal setting for a perfect holiday; peaceful relaxation during the daytime and nightlife to suit all tastes at Çalıs and a selection of nearby resorts (see Around and About)

The TalaÅŸ complex is a friendly, family-run complex. Situated in a quiet area the complex is ideally situated for local transport. The dolmus (minibus) service to the main town of Fethiye passes the apartments on a regular basis.

Prices start from as little as £150 per week for your own self-contained apartment and as little as £290 per week high season.

Accommodation at the apartments consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, (one double and two twin), and can sleep six persons comfortably. Some apartments are air-conditioned. All apartments have the luxury of three balconies; one from each of the twin bedrooms and a double balcony from the lounge and kitchen areas. A selection of balcony furniture is also provided. All windows are fitted with insect screens to allow windows to be left open during the hot summer days.



All bedrooms have wooden beds, double wardrobes and an excellent range of bedding to suit your personal preference.

The large lounge is furnished with one 3-seater and one 2-seater settee plus two armchairs.

The spacious kitchen consists of ample storage units, a fridge and gas hob, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, in addition to all necessary cutlery, crockery, pans, etc. There is a small dining area which comfortably seats four persons.

The complex consists of only 12 apartments (3 blocks of 4). a shared pool. and bar/restaurant area.
Apartments are serviced by a twice-weekly maid service for changing of bed linen, towels and tea towels. An adequate supply of spare items is also provided.

The atrractive open air bar restaurant area. The restaurant serves a selection of meals throughout the day ranging from a simple snack to a full evening meal. Meals are excellent quality at a very reasonable price.

The shared pool and sunbathing area. An ample supply of sun loungers is provided free of charge. The size of pool is 15 metres x 6 metres. It is 1 metre deep at shallow end and 1.8 metres at deep end.




The bathroom is fitted with a conventional bath with mixer shower, washbasin and wc. In addition there is a separate wc room for those moments when shouts of "Have you finished in the bathroom?' fall on deaf ears.

Fethiye - the main town of the area with a wide range of shops to suit both the local Turkish population and the tourist market. The town with its beautiful harbour is the centre for boat trips, excursions and transport to many places of interest. The town has a large open-air market which is well worth a visit.


Olü Deniz - the world famous beach and lagoon featured in almost all Turkish holiday brochures. The beach is the focus for a range of sports such as paragliding. The resort is a quiet resort where, like Çalıs, the main activities take place at the beachfront.


Hisarönü - a cooler resort due to its setting in the hills above Olü Deniz. Hisarönü is the liveliest resort in the area with plenty of music bars and discos as well as a range of restaurants and shops. Popular with old and young alike.
