Local Area DetailsYou will be only 5 minutes walk from the village of Esperaza where you will find boulangeries, patisseries, tabacs, bars, restaurants, a post office, train station and bank plus a grade I listed church also two museums and a popular Sunday Market, just some of the local attractiions this area of Southern France has to offer. With regular daily all year around flights (Rayanair) plus the walled 'Medieval Cite' Carcassonne is a must visit it's only 28 miles (45km) away and has a superb golf course, Andorra or Perpignan 43.5 miles (70km) so you will be very central, closer to home we have the Hatmaking Museum and the only Dinosaur Museum in Europe, a 10 min drive and you can investigate the famous mysteries at Rennes le Chateau or if you have some unspent energy we have pleanty of superb walks with outstanding veiws or how about white water rafting, quad biking, cycling, swimming, horse riding, for relaxing walks or water sports try the River Aude and Midi Canal, in the winter a 60 minute drive will get you to the ski slopes and lots more or for the less energetic the Casino at Alet-Les-Bains is open all year.See our web site at www.gite-rentals.com

| Bookings normally Saturday to Saturday but we will try and accomadate for cheaper week day flights, arrival from 16:00 hours and vacate by 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, if your arrival date is within 8 weeks the full rental is payable when booking.
A £50 returnable security/electricity bond is payable with the final rental balance.
Smokers are welcome provided they smoke outside the apartment
