Between Alicante and Valencia, the villa is situated in a spectacular mountain setting only 15 minutes drive from the bustling, historic town of Gandia, which truly boasts the best beaches on the Mediterranean. The award winning Blue Flag beaches are only 15 minutes away, as well as the charming fishing port, Nautical Club and marina.
The lounge opens onto a covered terrace over looking the floodlit swimming pool. It includes a private sun terrace which is a lovely place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the sun and stunning mountain scenery. The villa has a private garage and parking on the property. The Villa is 5 minutes away from Villalonga and Ador, pleasant villages at the northern tip of the Costa Blanca (the Costa del Azahar). A variety of street cafes and restaurants, in the local villages of Villalonga and Ador and a range of nightlife can be found nearby in Gandia Playa.
