Palm villa is a luxuary villa with a large totally enclosed private pool,in the pool area we also have a Lani,we have provided sunbeds and patio table and chairs,the pool is fully screened to keep out any bugs.The lounge is a nice large size with two sofas and a chair,two coffee tables,t/v,cable,dvd,stereo,and video.The dining room has table and seating for six.The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need,there is also a kitchen table and seating for four.A highchair is also provided.There is a double garage with electric door,a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.There is also a downstairs clockroom.The master bed room is also down stairs and has a queen size bed and en-suite.The master bedroom,lounge and dining room each have a patio door that overlooks the pool.Upstairs are two more bedrooms one with twin beds and Disney theamed the other also has twin bed but the bed can also convert into a king.These bedrooms share a bathroom.Also there is a second lounge on this floor with two sofas one of which converts into a queen size bed,coffee tables and t/v with a Playstation 2.
Local Area DetailsThis villa is in a perfect location for your Disney and theam parks Florida holiday,set just off of the 192 where there are lots of shops and restuarants and only about 8 minutes from the main gates of Disney.And if you want a day at the beach Cocoa beach is about a 30 minute drive.
