Spacious 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed villa fully equipped for 6 guests on a development in the unspoilt Turkish village of Gundogan on the Bodrum Peninsula.
The villa is on a development with stunning sea views to the bay of Gundogan and shares an Olympic sized pool, with cafe and creperie restaurant, has a beach bar, on site market, childrens' play area and also the added convenience of being on a public transport route.
Local Area DetailsGundogan is a centre for water-sports due to its unique offshore breezes and there is windsurfing and sailing available from the beach, which is one of the longest on the Peninsula.
Seafood restaurants are set on jetties at the water's edge and there is an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. Cows meander through the village streets and villagers sell their fruit over their gardens walls.
Elsewhere in the village you will find the restaurants where the Turkish people eat and pass the day playing backgammon. There are some small shops and markets, several pharmacies and a couple of internet cafes should you need to keep in touch with the outside world.
Bodrum, a shopper's paradise and international resort, is 20 minutes by car, or dolmus (public bus) and offers everything from antiquities to non-stop nightlife and also the most incredible shopping experience!

At this time a breakages/damages deposit of 150 GBP is also due. This will be returned to you when you vacate the villa and return the keys to us.
