The cottage has heating and can be rented throughout the year. It is located on a lovely hill from which you will be able to admire the lake and the surrounding nature. It's location is very quiet and peaceful, allowing you to relax completely and feel at one with nature. The land on which the cottage is built is surrounded by a dozen or so olive trees.

surrounding territory.
You can travel around the Lake visiting the three distinctive towns
(Anguillara, Bracciano, Trevignano).
