It is an old stone house from 17th century, restored in 2004.Elevated position on top of the hill allows to the terrace of the house to have a superb view on surrounding mountains and plain.The house is sunny and airy at the same time.
Stonehouse is 50 m2 on 2 floors/3 entrance, for 2 + 2 guests.
On ground floor there are kitchen /diningroom and bathroom;
on 1st floor there is the bedroom with a double bed.Two twin beds(castle)are available too.
The house has a sunny terrace with superb view and private parking.
AMENITIES: electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer, table&chairs&sun unbrella on the terrace, private free parking.
Local Area DetailsStonehouse belongs to small stone village of Castè. Here, at a distance of 7 km from La Spezia, the absolut quiet reigns.There are many green spaces and trees and meadows.
Stonehouse is a delightful vacation rental for a family of 2 + 2 members: functional but with tasteful furnishings.Car is essential.In Castè the are no shops. Restaurant 2 km, foostuffs shop 4 km.
In La Spezia 7 km, you can find all you need.
The beaches of 5 Terre are far from 15-20 km.In Castè¨ there is a footpath where in 3 hours you can reach Riomaggiore.
