We have recently purchased this brand new luxury 2 bedroom villa and it will be available for holiday rental from the middle of June.
The villa, which sleeps 4 people (6 if you use the sofa bed), is located on the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf resort.
Furnished to the highest of standards, our villa will provide everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Come and enjoy the year round Spanish sunshine, whilst benefiting from top class golfing and leisure facilities. Not to mention the lovely sandy beaches and stunning scenery that the Mar Menor area has to offer.

Local Area DetailsThe Mar Menor Golf Resort is a collection of 797 detached and semi detached villas, built around a 9 hole (soon to be 18), David Thomas designed, golf course. At the centre of the resort is a social complex, including a luxury 5 star 60 room hotel complete with Fitness Centre and spa, heated swimming pools, restaurants, shops and bars. Palm and orange tree lined walkways provide easy access to the resorts many facilities.
The resort has a relaxed, tranquil feel to it, whilst providing everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. And with the beautiful Mar Menor lagoon only 7km away and Murcia, San Javier airport 8km away the resort is the ideal location.
