Our semi-deatched bungalow is in Flamingo Hills, a residential area about four kilometres south of Torrevieja.
It consists of a large lounge ( with double sofa bed, ) adjoining fitted kitchen ( oven/hob, fridge, washing-machine, iron & ironing board,) a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.

Outside, at ground level, is an enclosed patio with stairs leading to the roof terrace, which covers the whole house. There is a small front garden and off-road parking.

The community pool is 50 metres away.

The nearest beaches are about two kilometres away and there are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are three large supermarkets less than two kilometres away.

Local Area Details

Torrevieja is a bustling town with many shops, a promenade, parks, museums and an international marina. There is also a huge weekly street market.

The area to the south is a golfer's paradise, with three courses within five kilometres of the house, at Villamartín, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

The unique inland sea of Mar Menor, almost completely enclosed and no more than six metres deep, is only ten kilometres away. The saltpans asjoining Mar Menor are a haven for birds, especially flamingoes.

The city of elche, renowned for its palm forest; orihuela, with its fine Old Quarter; Alicante, with fine views from its dominating castle; and Murcia, with one of Spain's finest cathedrals and excellent shops, are all within easy driving distance.

Alicante ( 50 kms ) and Murcia ( 25 kms ) are the nearest airports.
