The house is in very good condition: it is furnished with 19th century pieces all well preserved. There are ceilings with stucco-work and decoration. A car is necessary. There is a private parking free of charge. The primary services are 2,5 km away.

In La Spezia(spring/summer)there is an efficient service of motorboats to reach sandy beach(Lerici, S.Terenzo) or pebbly beach (Portovenere and 5 Terre). The tourist can chooses to alternate sea life with trips in the verdancy that arrive at Park of 5 Terre.
The Tuscany is not far from here:Pietrasanta(50km),Lucca(80km),Pisa(90km),Firenze(130km).
