The property is surrounded by a secure wall with lockable gate, ensuring complete provacy and making it safe for children. The garden boasts a plunge pool with shower, BBQ with seating areas, (chairs table and loungers provided). There is a roof terrace with table and chairs. There is a strict no smoking policy in the apartment and no pets are allowed.
Local Area DetailsThe property is located 5 mins from La Barrosa beach, Nova Sancta Petri tourist area and Chiclana town centre. There are a wide variety of restaurants and bars within these areas, specialising in fresh sea food and tapas. Nearby there are several golf courses, one of which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros. Other activities include quad bikes, horse riding, jet skiing, fishing, wind surfing and cycling. Jerez, well known for horses and sherry is approx 30 mins, Cadiz also 30 mins, Gibraltar 90 mins. For the shopper there is an outside market, Tuesdays in Chiclana, Thursdays in San Fernando, and Fridays in Conil. Bahia Sur shopping mall in San Fernando is also worth a visit. There is also a large waterpark based in El Puerta de Santa Maria (30 mins).Throughout the year fiesta and carnivals take place (info can be found at the Tourist Information). The nearest airports are Jerez (40 mins),Gibraltar and Seville(90mins) and Malaga (2hrs 15). Car hire is recommended, however airport pick up/drop off can be arranged.
