This 2 bedroom apartment is in a small private complex, but it is only a few minutes walk from both Los Cristianos and Las americas. The apartment has been refurbished with a new bathroon and new tiling throughout. The main bedroom has an English size double bed, a double wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The small bedroom has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The balcony has a patio table and 4 chairs and is south facing so gets the sun all day. There is a Mercadona supermarket only 2 mins from the rear entrance, and many shops, bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk.
Local Area DetailsLos Cristianos harbour is only 5 mins walk, with all water based activities on offer, the speciality is whales and dolphin trips. Los Cristianos has many bars and restaurants of all nationalities. Las Americas has many shopping arcades nearby and every type of entertainment including nightclubs, a water park and a skypark a little further away.

| The apartment is fully refurbished, but the complex has only just gone private, and the pool has been drained and cleaned .I am reducing the price to £150 per week until it has been filled,it could be this week so take a gamble and grab a bargain, as it will be £250 per week. |
