The main lake has a paved walk way/jogging path with park bench rest areas. There is also a small children’s play area.
New July 2004, luxurious Villa furnished with many upgrades and extras. Fully screened west facing pool overlooking lake has padded loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Florida sunshine or perhaps enjoy a magnificent sun set. Covered lanai has ceiling fan over table & chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. Gas BBQ provided. Beautifully furnished living/dining area with doors to pool has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD hi-fi & PS2. The fully fitted kitchen with every modern convenience has breakfast nook overlooking pool. Separate laundry area with washer & dryer. Master bedroom (queen) has ceiling fan & cable TV with doors leading to pool, en-suite has walk in shower, bathtub, twin vanity units and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 (Queen) and Bedroom 3 (twin) both with ceiling fans & cable TV have a connecting private bathroom, ideal for families with children. Bedroom 4 (twin) with ceiling fan & cable TV is adjacent to the house bathroom. Telephone with FREE calls. Free use of safe, cot/crib,highchair & gas BBQ. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Games room with pool table, darts, & table football.
Local Area DetailsOnly mins to highway 192 with its many attractions, restaurants and shops, also 24 hour Wal-Mart.
Appros 10 mins to Disney, 15 mins to Sea World and 20 mins to Universal.
Many excellent Golf courses within short driving distance. Approx 1 hour to Coast. Local activities include cycling, fishing, horse riding, tennis & boating.
