Peublo de la Paz properties are semi detached houses, with an architectual design reminiscent of typical mediterranean houses, both through their shapes and their blue, red and ochre colours. Our property is the largest in size of 102 m2 which overlooks a beautiful landscaped communal swimming with a bar/cafeteria.
The property has a downstairs through loung/diner which is tastefully furnished throughout, this leads to a large shaded terrace with small garden overlooking the communal pool.
It is fully equipped with satelite tv, video and hi fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the quiet street. The is also a washroom/toilet downstairs.
Upstairs double bedroom one has a double bed, large built in wardrobes and double doors leading to a large sunny balestraded balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom two has two single beds, large fitted wardrobe and small balcony overlooking the quiet street. The large bathroom has a bath/shower, wash bason, toilet and bidet. There is also an upstairs storage area which is furnished with a washing machine.

There is parking for one car.

Local Area Details

Set in the beautiful mountain area of Cumbre del Sol, surrounded by green spaces, and nature park with spectacular views to the sea.This superior residential estate consists of different area for villas, chalets and detached and semi detached houses. It is right by the most important town centres such as Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Benitachell, and all beside the Mediterranean sea. There is a supermarket, banks, chemist, bar and two restaurants all within walking distance of the house. Cumbre del Sol has wide roads,extensive lighting, riding school and a beautiful secluded beach where scuba diving is on offer for the more adventurous visitor's.
The nearest town is Moraira, a short drive away. It is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development.There are many good restaurants,varying in price, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. The beach is sandy with a beach bar. There is a weekly market in the town selling everything from ceramics to leather, there is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre. There are many good golf clubs in the area and a beautiful marina where boats can be hired and Moraira's El Portet beach is a favourite place to enjoy an early evening drink whilst watching the sun go down.
Javea is only 7 kilometers away, this is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes and enjoys the impressive and magnificent protection of Mount Montgo (the sleeping lion), Javea town is steeped in history with its gothic windows, iron window bars and balcony railings. The beautiful gothic church of San Bartolme stans in its centre. The Arenal eara is the tourist part of Javea, the beautiul sandy bay is planted with Palm trees and has play areas for children. the bay is fringed by the promenade with its wid choice bars and restaurants, plus interesting shops and boutiques.

The empresive coastal towns of Altea, Denia and Benidorm are also within driving distance, giving visitors an oportunity to sample the interesting and diverse views of authentic spanish living.
