The villa stands in an elevated position and the large roof terrace benefits from panoramic views to the sea and the golf course. The property has been specifically designed on two levels to suit many purposes, as 1 large holiday villa perfect for large parties or it can be used as two apartments often ideal for 2 families that like to holiday together, but still like a little privacy and freedom.

At the rear of the villa next to the swimming pool there is a large patio with barbeque, sun-loungers and table and chairs. The swimming pool is 7.5 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, and has a graded depth from 1 meter to 1.5. There is also a pool-side shower.

At the front of the property there is a drive which leads down to the front door of the lower level, there is also a walkway, small garden and steps which lead to the front door for the upper level and a small terrace with a balustrade and patio doors.

The upper level has a spacious open plan room which has a cheery wood and glass dining table a stylish stainless steel table and stools, and a marble breakfast bar with stools, which divides the kitchen area which is fully equipped with micorwave. There is also a television video.

There are two bedrooms on this floor, both furnished with Canarian style furniture, one has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe and overlooks the swimming pool. This room also benefits from sea-views. The second bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hand washbasin.

On the lower level there is a spacious lounge room which has two leather settees, coffee table and a large wall unit with a second TV with video and a CD/mini-system. There is a second kitchen which is also fully equipped. There are a further two bedrooms, both fitted with Canarian style furniture. One double bedroom, and a further with twin beds and additional bedroom furniture. There is a large bathroom with a shower cubicle. The washing machine is located here and an iron and ironing board are also provided. All rooms throughout the house are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort

Local Area Details

Caleta de Fuste thrives on tourism, with lots of accommodation to offer, a fantastic golden sandy beach popular for water sports enthusiasts. The tourist centre of El Castillo (the castle) stands next to the harbour and is well worth a visit.

The town of Caleta is often referred to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.

There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area. There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area.

Caleta de Fuste is situated on the east coast of the island, roughly 10km south of the airport and approximately 20 minutes south of Puerto del Rosario. There is a local bus service, which runs every 30 minutes and provides air conditioned coaches for the trip. At 1 Euro (65p) it is an extremely cheap and easy way to get around.
