Our home is family-owned and situated within THE ABBEY AT WEST HAVEN, a small private gated community and suburb of DAVENPORT, set amid a wildlife conservation area.
WEST HAVEN is an impressive private development with red-brick driveways and palm tree-lined boulevards. Located just off Exit 58 of Interstate-4, giving easy access to airports, both coasts and all major attractions, this is easily ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS AROUND!. An excellent choice of golf courses, shopping malls and Outlet stores are all just a short drive. The prestigious Champions Gate and Reunion Golf resorts, with shops, restaurants and supermarket, are just 3-minutes away.

We have a large rectangular pool (30' X 14'), a spacious sun deck with a good selection of top quality pool furniture and a covered lanai. The property is not overlooked from the right or the rear and an attractive array of Azalea bushes creates a natural screen to the left providing additional privacy.

A/C & ceiling fans throughout. A Security system is installed. Safety deposit boxes, baby equipment, and gas BBQs are available for rental through our management company.
