Payment
Payment for the apartment rental must be made in advance of staying in the apartment. To reserve the apartment, the guest must pay within the next 7 days after making the reservation: 50% as a down payment. Remaining payment (Balance) must be paid at Check-in time.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have chosen your property and completed the reservation form and contract, the apartment will be reserved for your stay.
• If for whatever reason you decide to cancel the reservation contract, you must do so at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the check in date. If RentParis.com is notified in this timeframe, you will receive a refund amounting to 96% of the total rental cost.
• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the contract are non-refundable.
