This three bedroom house can sleep a maximum of six and is a couple of minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Caleta and about five minutes stroll from the beach.
It is set on a lovely small complex of houses gathered around a shared swimming pool.
The house is set on three levels. The top has a large bathroom and two bedrooms, one looking onto the pool and both have balconies.
The middle has a lounge with two leather sofas, large TV and DVD player. There is also a cd stereo system and video player.
The kitchen/dining room has seating for six. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave as well as facilities such as a coffee maker and a juicer. There is also a separate toilet/washroom on this level.
The patio has a table with seating for four, a barbeque and six sun loungers.
The lower floor has a bedroom with en suite shower room which is available when the party has more than four people. There is an integral garage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large wardrobes
There is one double bedroom and two twins. Extra sleeping is provided by inflatable beds etc to be used in the downstairs only. No children under 3, please.
