This superb three bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet area at the top of Fuerteventura golf course.
It has been furnished to a very high level, can sleep six, has Sky satellite TV and a lovely split level terrace with a stone BBQ.
This small, private development shares a superb swimming pool.
The lovely lounge opens directly on to the terrace which overlooks a small garden. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all cooking equipment.
The master bedroom has a double bed and has abeautiful ensuite bathroom with a bath with shower over and opens on to the terrace.
The second bed room has twin beds while the third has bunk beds which can be separated into singles.
There is an outside drying area and a private parking bay.
The apartment is a 20-25 minute walk from the beach and the Atlantico shopping centre with its shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket and a little further from the town centre.
Local Area DetailsThe apartment is handily placed for all the facilities Caleta has to offer yet is in a quiet, private location away from the bustle of the town.
Taxis which are cheap run from the centre and cost a couple of Euros into town and to the apartment. A free bus service runs from near the apartment to the centre.
This apartment has been very well equipped to provide a quiet, relaxing holiday.
