This brand new apartment is on the first floor, easy access is via a short staircase or lift. There are 2 bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds, thus catering for all types, families and golfers alike. A bathroom with shower wc and bidet as well as housing the washing machine. The kitchen is fully fitted, comprising of a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster and kettle. The living area comprises of a dining table with 6 chairs a sofa and double sofa bed, tv. Exit to a terrace which has a table and chairs. The apartment is part of a gated community and therefore has an entryphone system ensuring peace of mind when holidaying with small children.
Local Area DetailsBenalmadena is a lively town but not in the relms of Benidorm etc. Shops,banks and resturants are to be found here and the lively marina is well worth a visit. Visit Arroya De La Miel ( the birth place of Antonio Banderas) for more restaurants and shops. Marbella is 20 minutes away and Gibralta only an hour and 5 minutes. Torrequebrada (18 Holes) is literally round the corner. Other local courses (within 20 minutes) are La Cala, 2 courses N and S. Mijas (Very Busy) and my favorite Cabapino (you will love the 3rd), with its views of the sea and mountains. There are over 40 courses along the coast.............. enjoy.
