Our lovely villa is situated on the US27, 5 minutes from the I4, giving easy access to all the main tourist attractions, shopping malls and over 20 championship golf courses.

Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned, has 2 master bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, (ideal for two families wanting to vacation together, or maybe bring the grandparents) and a further 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom, which has a bath with shower over.

Large living, dining area and open plan kitchen, with doors out onto the covered lanai and extended deck and pool. The main living area has high vaulted ceilings, giving our villa a light and airy feeling, a great place for all the family to gather. Luckily our villa does not back on to other properties and so offers more privacy. (All doors and windows onto pool area are alarmed for your peace of mind if you have small children).

The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. All utensils and crockery are supplied for your use, so you can choose to eat in or out, no problem. There is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer for you to use.

The living area and all 4 bedrooms have cable-TV installed and there is a Playstation 2/DVD player. Bedroom 3 has a Nintendo Game Cube and both Master Bedrooms have DVD Players. So the kids will be entertained whilst you relax by the pool. There is also a CD Player for the music lovers amongst you.

The pool area can be accessed from the living area and the main master en suite. The pool and deck have been extended, giving ample room for you to sun bathe and there is a covered lanai for those of you who would prefer to stay out of the Florida sunshine.

All bed linens and towels are supplied for your convenience enabling you to travel light and have more room for all those Florida bargains. Just bring your own beach towels.

Local Area Details

Westbury is a small developing community situated amongst Orange Groves, just 4-5 miles from junction 55 of the Interstate 4 on HighWay 27, which is south west of Disney in Central Florida. The perfect place to spend the end of a busy day, or take a day out.

It is close to shops, restaurants and fuel stations and within minutes from several champion golf courses. Approximately 10mins from Disney main gate and 45mins from Orlando International airport. Being close to Interstate 4 there is easy access to all the well known attractions such as Seaworld, Universal, International Drive, Wet and Wild, HW 192, Florida Mall, Millenia Mall, Premium Outlet Shopping Mall and many more.
