The Cottge is in a beautiful setting two meters from the kidney shaped pool with all the conveniences and an excellent location. Located on the Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus with only three minutes to Puerto Banus by car and the beach. The property is well maintained, rustic, artistic and with an exceptionally mature garden with vines along one wall from one end of the property to the other. The newly fitted kitchen has both full oven and hob and the under counter fridge has a freezer space. All linen and cleaning is included in the price. The livingroom/bedroom has three picture windows with great fiews and the bathroom has a window overlooking the pool as well an a wall to wall hand painted mural of the Mediterranean.
Local Area DetailsMarbella-Puerto Banus is the most famous sports harbour in all of Spain.
There are a few kilometers of the port entertainment that includes boutiques,
bars, restaurants and a huge department store. The are beaches north or south and a six kilometer walk way along the beach from Marbella to Puerto Banus. There are a dozen golf courses in the area with one two kilometers away. Tennis is half a kilometer away.
