Lago Vista is a three story three bedroomed village house surrounded by beautiful scenery and orange groves. The house is traditionally Spanish but has every modern comfort and is decorated and furnised to a very high standard. There is a large fully fitted bathroom on the ground floor, a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double but for extra bed space the loune has two double sofa beds. There is a further shower room with wc on the first floor. Up onto the third floor you will find a huge rooftop terrace fully furnished with hammock, table, chairs and sun loungers and bbq.

Local Area Details

Benar lies in the Lecrin Valley right by a lake where you can fish for carp and other species. Although the village itself is tranquil there is a bar and supermarket and just a three minute drive away brings you to Lecrin where there is an abundance of shops bars and restaurants.
Just 20 minutes away is the Alhambra Palace and a further 20 minutes by car will bring you to the Sierra Nevada Ski slopes. Motril and Salobrena are our nearest seaside resorts and they are also just 20 minutes away.
If you dont want to venture far we have a beautiful private garden with Swimming pool. Here there are also sun loungers table and chairs and a futher bbq. Almunecar water park is a 30 minute drive and here they have a huge market every Friday. Beznar is paradise for the active holiday maker. There is cycling, climbing, riding, paragliding and many other activities very close by.
