Welcome to "A Garden Isle Vacation", our Vacation Rental Townhouse in Princeville, a Resort Community on the North Shore of Kauai with large expanses of golfing greens, Palm trees and blossoms everywhere. At our private residence, we offer a completely furnished & quiet, 2 Br., 2 Bath end unit Townhouse style Condo. We rent by the day (3 night minimum.) or the week.
Daily rate is $125 USD per night, plus 11.42% Hawaii tax and $100USD for Cleaning.
Located 28 miles north of Lihue Airport, the Townhouse was designed for your comfort and relaxation while on your holiday visit, with 1532 SF of spacious living, 2 levels, 3 Queen size beds, a daybed and walk in storage. Both bathrooms are tub & shower with separate vanities.
A full service kitchen has a wet bar area. In-unit laundry. All linens provided. Ceiling fans enhance the Trade Wind breezes. Rattan style furniture. TV, DVD, CD, Stereo and book library for relaxing after a day of tours, hikes or at the beach. Beach chairs, towels and portable BBQ for use at the beach. The upstairs Lanai has good views of sunsets, pool and ocean. All you need is food to start your Holiday at our Townhouse on the Garden Isle Paradise of Kauai.
Local Area DetailsKauai is a buzz of activity for everyone to enjoy. Whether it is swimming in the pool, at the beach, kayaking rivers or ocean, snorkeling, surfing or diving. Land recreation has GOLF, at champion Prince or 27 hole Makai, tennis courts, jogging/walking/bicycle trails, hiking mountain trails, Helicopter tours, Hollywood Movie Site Tours, Natural wonders of Waimea Canyon, Na Pali Cliff State Park, Historic land areas like Fort Elizabeth, Captain Cooks Landing, Kilohana Plantation. Sea Tours, Zodiac boats, Dinner Cruises, Whale watching in the winter months Dec-Mar. Many restaurants and clubs, stores and boutiques. With so much to see and do, a week will not find it all. We appreciate the distance of traveling to Kauai, and we ask that you write or E-mail for availability and charges for our lodging at least 3 months for availability and to complete your plans to visit the beautiful island of Kauai.
