This Florida pool home, has a extended pool area with a 30ftx15ft SOUTH FACING POOL & SPA that backs onto open space not other villas.
There's nothing quite like a relaxing dip in the spa after enjoying a round of golf at nearby Champions Gate golf course, or a fun filled day at Disney. Extra decking gives plenty of space for private sunbathing.

GAMES ROOM
The games room has plenty of entertainment for when you are not visiting Orlando's attractions There is a 7ft POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE and ELECTRONIC DARTS.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms in this luxury rental villa are very spacious. The regal Master bedroom is 21ft x 15ft and has a KING SIZE BED 27in Cable TV, VCR, DVD and ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom has aKING SIZE BED, 27 in Cable TV, DVD and its own ensuite bathroom. The 3rd master has a QUEEN SIZE BED, 27 in Cable TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom, which leads out onto the pool area . There are also two twin bedrooms with 20in Cable TVs. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity sinks. All bedrooms have fans a well as being air conditioned. As well as the four mentioned bathrooms there is also a downstairs powder room.

KITCHEN & BREAKFAST NOOK
The Kitchen of this luxury Florida villa is fully equipped to cater for up to twelve people. With a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. You can always eat in if you don't fancy dining out. This stunning Orlando Home has plenty of seating with two dining areas each seating 6 people and three bar stools at the island, in the centre of the kitchen. The sunny breakfast nook, which seats six, has patio doors opening onto the extended pool area.

Windwood Bay is on Highway 54 only 5 minutes from the spectacular Reunion Resort with its top class restaurants and shops. Champions Gate Golf course is also only 5 minutes drive away.

The junction onto the I4 Highway way is a approximately two miles drive along Highway 54. Interstate 4 gives easy access to all Florida's main attractions.

You are never too old to visit Disney which is only 15 minutes drive from our beautiful rental villa. Universal studios, Sea World and many other fantastic adventures await you when you spend your vacation in Florida.

Kennedy space centre, the world of space exploration, is within easy travelling distance. Shop till you drop, in the Florida Mall, and don't forget to pick up a designer bargain in the Belz Factory Outlet. World class golf courses are on your doorstep, and other activities such as walking, fishing, air boat rides etc. are just a few miles away.
