Fronting onto the sea, the Altamira is a well maintained luxury 3-star aparthotel complex for those looking for extremely good accommodation in a quiet area, yet within an easy 15 minute walk of Playa de las Americas. In the other direction is the fishing village of La Caleta with several fabulous fish restaurants - also a 15 minute walk away. The complex has 2 very attractive pools - one heated. The apartment is on the fourth floor but is just one flight of stairs below reception. Table tennis and pool are available. Bedrooms: There is a separate sleeping area within the apartment containing comfortable twin beds.
Bathroom: Completely refurbished bathroom with bath/shower over, washbasin, hair drier and wc.
Kitchen: Kitchen recently re-furbished with twin ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment and combination microwave oven. A washing machine is included.
Living Room: Good sized living area leading to balcony. Satellite TV, dining and occasional tables and attractive cane furniture - clean and in good condition.
Balcony: SW facing balcony overlooking the sea, pool area and attractive grounds.
Other: Towels and linen are included and this is changed weekly.
