You can reach Ischia from Naples either by ferry boat ( in 75 minutes), or by hydrofoil ( 30 minutes). Descriptions: Villa LA FAVOLA is located near the famous beach of MARONTI, and the renowned water spring of NITRODI. LA FAVOLA is situated at 130 meters above sea level. It is a cheerful villa, overlooking tall, deep green pine trees. It is quiet and peaceful, has unique view over the Gulf of Naples, close to supermarkets, restaurants, tennis court, and public parking.
LA FAVOLA consists of a large living room with a fire place and double sofa bed, a large kitchen with a gas range elrctric oven and fridge and all the necessary tools for cooking. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms ( one with bath and the other with shower). The villa also has an independent heating system.
One of the most important assets of the villa is the panoramic terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is furnished with blank line sun beds and nice garden table with parasol and chairs to enjoy open air meals.
