Welcome to THE PRIDE our Luxury villa set amongst Orange groves on a new select development called Orange Tree on Hwy27 just 2 miles North of the US192 Only 15 mins from DISNEY Stay at THE PRIDE you will have total privacy our villa is Fenced all around so you can swimsunbathe dine alfresco without being overlooked There are 2 Living areas both with plenty of comfortable seating one has a Queen sleeper sofa in it enableing the villa to sleep up to 12 people There is a 42" Plasma Cable TV a DVD CD System plus a selection of books and Games. One room has patio doors leading out to the pool the other overlooks the pool/patio The Kitchen Laundry room are fully equipped with everything needed for your stay plus plenty of crockery glasses and cookware.There is a Breakfast Bar and a Dining Area this leads out onto the patio where you will find extra Dining Facilities so make good use of the Florida weather Dine alfresco There are 5 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms first is the King Master this has patio doors leading out to the pool ideal for that morning swim also a 27 cable TV with dvd/vcr clock radio telephone also walkin wardrobes with a fitted electronic safe The ensuite has a large walkin shower a bath tub his n hers vanity units toilet Next the Queen Ensuite this also has access to the pool area with cable TV clock radio Wardrobes the ensuite has a large Double shower a vanity unt toilet There is a Double Room 2 Twin rooms all have cable TV clock radios wardrobes these share the 3rd bathroom with bathshowervanity unit toilet Outside you will find our 28x16ft Southwest facing pool that can be heated if required it also has a chld safety fence around it to protect the little ones from getting in when you are not aroundThere are plenty of sun loungers pool toys our Garden is private overlooked as the property is fenced Part of the patio is covered this is incase you want to escape the sun this has a large patio Dinig Table Chairs so use the Barbque eat alfresco this part of the patio has cooling ceiling fans to keep you cool The Games room has an 8ft pool table pingpongElectronic Darts a Foosball table All Linen Towels are provided plus free use of a Cot Highchair if neededplus all local telephone calls are free We even supply high speed internet WiFI access FREE of chargeshould you require it Everything has been thought of at THE PRIDE to make your stay as comfortable enjoyable and memorable as possible
