Our spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential building in central Soldeu, Andorra's premier resort.

Part of the extensive GrandValira ski domain. It has one of the best views in the resort and is only about 250 metres walk from the main ski station and 2 minutes from a useful small supermarket (Fonts).
Accomodates up to 4 adults or 2 adults/3 'large' children.

Fully equipped separate fitted kitchen, with gas oven, microwave combi-oven, large fridge, toaster, electric kettle and washing machine.
Spacious lounge - with dining area, sofa bed, TV and DVD player.
Full length large balcony overlooking the view above.
1 double bedroom - morning tea in bed looking towards that wonderful view!
1 twin bedroom (full size *bunks*). Matresses are less than 2 years old.
The sofa bed in the lounge is suitable for a child to max age 14.
Bathroom with bath and shower over (a gushywushy not a drizzle).
Gas central heating.
Ski locker and garage space.

Please note there is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Local Area Details

Soldeu, together with the adjoining villages of El Tarter and Canillo, now forms part of the new Grand Valira ski area that incorporates Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig and Encamp. This corner of the 60-lift area provides the best combination of skiing, accommodation, architecture, scenery and ambience of any resort in Andorra. While Pas de la Casa has marginally the more challenging terrain, Soldeu is a much more attractive and comfortable destination. Like Pas, the resort offers a wild nightlife throughout the season, but revellers here are not confined to the 16-to-25 age bracket of its brasher rival.
