This beautiful 1 bedroomed ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of a wonderful, well maintained, Andalusian style complex. The apartment overlooks the kidney shaped pool, which is heated during the winter months. This is the larger of the two swimming pools on the complex.There are areas to sunbath with free beds and umbrellas. There is a large lounge and dining area, double doors open onto the balcony and its Pool view. There are two double metal action bed settees situated in here. There is satellite TV, CD player and DVD player.There is the double bedroom (containing one super king-size bed) and ample wardrobe space.The room also contains a dressing table with mirror and a hairdryer. There is a brand new white bathroom suite which comprises of a bath with shower over, a vanity sink unit with mirror and toilet.The fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery, crockery, microwave and an iron. All linen and towels are supplied (changed weekly).
Local Area DetailsThe Royal Palm complex is in a slightly elevated position and is situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. Los Cristianos is an ideal family resort situated in a sheltered bay. Many years ago Los Cristianos was a small fishing village, and we have watched the small town grow into a colourful, flourishing family resort, accommodating its many visitors, while still managing to retain its old world charm.
The complex is typically Andalusian in style, with white buildings,all individual, surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. Many of the apartments are 'home' to people who have decided to live in Tenerife.There are many restaurants surrounding the complex, giving you the choice of not only Spanish but Chinese, Mexican, American and Italian cuisine, to name but a few, and all within a two minute walk from our apartment. However, a gentle stroll into the town will give you hundreds more to choose from. There are several supermarkets just outside the complex to enable you to stock up on essentials. You will also find Car hire shops, places where you will be able to book trips, pick up points, money exchange, cash point machine and a taxi rank, Taxis are plentiful and cheap. There is also a handy cash machine just outside the complex!Next door is the very popular RCI Gold Crown Group. Within these complexes there are restaurants and bars, offering various 'happy hour' incentives. The 'Crazy Horse' Saloon, situated in the Beverly Hills complex offers early evening childrens' discos followed by entertainment until midnight. Also there is an indoor fully equipped gym and sports facilities such as floodlit Tennis Courts which are available for use. Just opposite, is a four star hotel, The Paradise Park, also offering a childrens' disco, a lazy river pool as well as evening cabaret entertainment. At the heart of the old town centre there is a magnificent church and square, a popular meeting place for locals and holidaymakers alike. Leading from this are a number of streets, the enthusiastic shopper is well catered for here with outstanding selection of gift shops and markets. There are also local and international restaurants and bars, to cater for every purse and palate, with excellent facilities for pushchairs and wheelchair users in its mainly pedestrianised streets.
