A quiet, rustic peaceful setting. Sleeps 14! Great for 2 families, company meeting, retreats and group functions. The 3rd bedroom is a large loft. The living room is spacious with a wood burning stove (wood provided), 2 recliners, 2 easy chairs, and a sofa. 2 bedrooms (queen sizes), 5 double beds in the loft. 2 bathrooms (shower&jacuzzi tub and shower stall). All electric modern kitchen, three dining tables. All living areas have electric heating. Cooling is with an evaporator cooler. Game room with crafts table and extra refrigator with ping pong table. Washer and dryer in the garage. 2 tvs, DVD, VHS, outdoor gas barbecue grill, Hammock, Swing, Outdoor benches and tables. A local property manager is available if assistance is required.

Stop in the friendly community of Kernville for great restaurants and antique ships. The large, comfy, cozy cabin is ideally set on a secluded hillside in a relaxing, quiet location.
