This new, very attractive air conditioned garden apartment is one of an adjoining pair, luxuriously furnished to provide you with every home comfort. With 2 twin bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms, plus a single fouton in the lounge area, it provides spacious accommodation to sleep up to 5 people in comfort (10 people if both apartments are rented together).

The bright lounge/diner has seating and dining facilities for 6 people. It has satellite tv (all UK BBC and ITV channels), DVD/CD player and video recorder. Patio doors lead on to a large south-west facing terrace, fitted with sun loungers and small table and chairs.

Both bedrooms are fitted with pine effect wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and patio doors leading on to the sun terrace.

Each bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a good power shower over the bath, a bidet, electric extractor fan and a large mirror with good lighting over the wash hand basin.

The fully tiled kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and ceramic hob for easy cleaning, a microwave oven, fridge, washing machine with tumble dryer, and a dishwasher. A door leads out to a very pretty private garden at the rear,

The garden, with its colourful bougainvillea, is beautifully paved in traditional Spanish style and fitted with a gas barbecue and table and chairs with parasol for ‘al fresco’ dining.

For your added security and peace of mind, there is a safe (cemented to the floor) for your personal belongings and metal roller blinds on all windows and doors. The kitchen door is fitted with rejas.

There is secure underground parking with an elevator leading up to the front door.

Beach towels, a hairdryer and tennis racquets with balls are all provided.

With numerous excellent golf courses nearby and within walking distance to the beach, this apartment provides the perfect base for your holiday.

Local Area Details

The apartment is situated in the peaceful setting of Torreblanca, on the outskirts of Fuengirola. Shops, bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach are all within easy walking distance, and whatever your age or tastes, there are numerous activities and local attractions to choose from.

THERE ARE NUMEROUS EXCELLENT GOLF COURSES WITHIN A SHORT DRIVE, INCLUDING LOS OLIVOS AND LOS LAGOS (Mijas Golf), LA CALA, SANTANA AND TORREQUEBRADA.

There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus a bank, post office, internet cafe, pharmacy and newsagent.

The beautiful mountain villages of MIJAS, BENALMADENA PUEBLO and RONDA are just a short drive away and Fuengirola itself boasts one of the best zoos in Europe. For those wishing to travel a little further afield the ancient town of GRANADA with its famous ALHAMBRA PALACE is about 1.5 hours drive and historic rock of GIBRALTAR is about the same distance.
