This compact accommodation consists of a double bedded studio with en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and beamed lounge area with a colour television/DVD which will also play cd's. There are lovely views over the moat to the open fields beyond. The studio is entirely self-contained with its own entrance and garden and is detached from the farmhouse. Everything is all on one level and suitable for those with restricted mobility.
The kitchen area is equipped with a full size oven, 4 ring hob, electric kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave. Wiston Stores stocks basic provisions and is within walking distance. All electricity, heating, linen and towels are included.
The studio has a sheltered west facing private garden leading down to the moat with garden table, chairs and barbeque provided.

Local Area Details

The cottage is close to the South Downs and the South Downs Way. There are many other footpaths in the area including one that runs from the farm to the 12th Century Buncton Chapel and on to the Wiston Tea Rooms and Garden. There is an hourly bus service that runs past the farm entrance. (2 hourly on Sunday)
