This villa is situated in a quiet location about 20 minutes walk from the main commercial centre of the urbanisation of La Marina or 10 minutes or so walk from the phase 4 commercial centre. (Not suitable for the elderly or disabled as the walk is up hill.) Here you get the best of both worlds - peace and tranquillity, yet all the amenities you require are easily accessible. There are two communal pools on the complex.
All bedding and towels (except beach towels) are supplied. On the solarium there are four sun loungers, table and chairs and even a shower to cool down! A small barbeque is provided if you want to eat al fresco.
The lounge is spacious with seating for six at the dining table. There is a cable TV with connections to all major UK channels including Sky.
The master bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed and 2 bedside 3-drawer cabinets. The second bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds, a bedside 3-drawer cabinet and double wardrobe. Bedroom three has 2 single beds, a bedside 3-drawer cabinet and a fitted wardrobe. A beautiful en suite is a recent addition to the master bedroom of the property.

Local Area Details

To get maximum enjoyment from your holiday, it is recommended that you hire a car. However, for those who do not wish to hire a car, a local taxi is available for pick-up from/to airport and to take you to local attractions all at very reasonable rates. Please ask for details with your booking enquiry.
La Marina is situated approximately 20 minutes from Alicante Airport, 20 Minutes from Torrevieja and 6 minutes drive from the beach. It is a well developed urbanisation whose local amenities include several banks, public swimming pools, a snooker club, a bowling club, supermarkets, national health doctor, private clinic, pharmacy, newsagents and plenty of bars and restaurants (English, Italian, Spanish and German). There is a good bus service to all the local towns and markets as well as to the beaches in the summer. For golf lovers, the closest course is La Marquesa situated at Rojales about 5 miles away. Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, a championship golf course and Campoamor are within a 20 minute drive. The famous golf courses at La Manga are 45 minutes drive. There are numerous places to visit for both young and old. Terra Mitica Theme Park is an excellent day out for all age groups. Few people can resist a visit to the Salvador Artesana Shoe Factory Outlet at Elche.
The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches offer safe bathing and are approximately 5 km long.
